Great CRM Software, But Lacks LinkedIn Integration
I recently tried out a CRM software that had a lot going for it, but ultimately, it just wasn't the right fit for me.
First off, the user interface is amazing—clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The enrichment features for companies are also top-notch, providing valuable insights that can really help grow a business.
However, the dealbreaker for me was its lack of integration with LinkedIn. I primarily use LinkedIn to generate leads, and often, I don't have their email addresses. Unfortunately, this CRM requires an email ID to create a contact, which is a major inconvenience for me. I sometimes use phone numbers to reach out to leads, but the system doesn't allow me to create a contact without an email. This limitation made it difficult for me to manage my leads effectively.
The customer support, on the other hand, is excellent. The team is responsive and really helpful, which I appreciate.
Overall, while the software has many strengths, the inability to add LinkedIn contacts without an email ID was a significant drawback for me. I wish the team all the best, but I'll be looking for a CRM that better fits my needs. Thanks.

We now have full integration with Linkedin, including auto-logging and lead tracking, and moving on to social signal capturing as well.
Just wanted to leave this comment to let you know we haven't forgotten about this feature. Working on the best way to protect our user's accounts in Linkedin was the key challenge. Chrome extensions turned out to be extremely insecure approach so we had to build a completely different system for this. Turns out, better idea.
Although we are not looking to open LTD any time soon, just let me know if you are still looking for solutions :)
