#1 Knorish deeply cares about your data security and privacy. Stringent measures have been put in place to protect them. #2 Absolutely. Enabling academic honesty and content security are two very important areas for us at Knorish to deliver to our users. The parallel login restriction feature enables creators to enforce a log-in only on a single device/ browser when this restriction is enabled. #3 The screen recording and screenshots disabling feature is currently available in the app interface only. In the app, we are also looking at other unique features that will dissuade someone from copying the content. Additionally, we already have several content security measures in place for desktop/website view.

However, if someone still wishes to break the law and steal content, there are several other ways to still record the content such as using a secondary device and simply recording the screen. This is a perennial problem that most of the tech giants have not been able to solve and none of the other platforms have been able to solve either.

Ultimately, we believe this cannot be avoided. And this is why we online academy creators focus on enabling an entire ecosystem of learning over and above the courses. Paid Webinars, One on one counseling and coaching, problem solving sessions, doubt clearing sessions and other such engagement building and learning enhancing events and sessions truly add to the learning. Something which is beyond the recorded courses and are not available otherwise.

#4 We currently do not have the gamification feature however, we appreciate your feedback on the same. We will be sure to forward this to the concerned team to consider it for our feature improvements.

#5 Could you please brief us more about the ‘Earn and points against course or product’ feature you’re referring to?

#6 Certificate option is available from Tier 2 plan onwards and can be downloaded by the user’s upon 100% course completion and 100% assessment completion.
