Promising
I was going to give 3 tacos. But bumped it up due to the excellent customer support.
I think this product is very mature in many ways and has lots of features for a course creator / coaching and training operator.
It is in my opinion better than recent offerings such as Vonza. But still a bit of work to do.
Funnels, inbuilt themes, simple course layout, ability to generate your own templates to reuse for course design and some reasonable integrations. Ability to add your favourite payment gateways at no additional cost.
I would like it if the elements in the page builder automatically drew in (and updated) things like course pricing and the course purchase URL, rather than having to manually do this and risk there being discrepancies down the track.
The option to develop a course landing page where you select the course first then build the page based upon the established meta information and various pricing options for the course would be sensible.
Assessments (quizzes) are fairly basic and have the standard open-ended question or MCQ. Would be nice to have the options for things like check lists and uploading assignments (with grading).
You can include digital products in your courses. But there is no separate way of selling these independently unless you want to make a course just to house your digital product.
There are really only two pricing/invoicing options available at the moment. You can set your prices in INR and it will calculate GST (but only at the Indian rate of 18%) or set them at USD and if you need to include GST, calculate this for yourself.
For me (based in Australia) this currently makes the app non-viable as a live proposition. Australian customers want receipts that include an indication of the GST they have paid.
It would be nice to have the option to set your own VAT / GST rate and display prices for the local currency that you are in.
Finally, the custom domain process was clunky. I was able to sort this out by contacting customer support.
Having customers sign up for cloudflare (linked to knorish) and add a brand new domain name might make sense if your customer is non-tech.
However, it doesn't make sense where you have developers or established course creators who will generally want to do this for themselves and runs against the industry standard of providing DNS settings to link your own custom domain or subdomain to the app.
