I’ve recently purchased the lifetime deal (Tier 2) and connected my NatWest accounts successfully. I can see the account names and current balances, which is great — but I can’t find any way to view the actual transactions.
I’ve clicked the eye icon on the Assets page, but there doesn’t seem to be a transactions section or any list of recent activity.
Please could you confirm whether transaction viewing is supported, and if so, how I can access it?
A: Thank you so much for reaching out, and I really appreciate you giving Know Your Dosh a try!
At the moment, transaction-level viewing is not yet available, which is why you're not seeing individual line items from your NatWest accounts. That said, I completely understand how important this is especially for reconciliation.
The good news is, our team is actively working on this feature, and it's high on our roadmap. Right now, we're focused on finalizing and launching our mobile app in the next few weeks, and once that’s out, transaction integration will be our top priority.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to grow and improve. I hope you’ll consider sticking with us a little longer, we’d love to keep you on this journey and will absolutely let you know as soon as the transaction feature goes live.
Thanks again, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or feedback!
Q: Will this keep personal and business expenses separate?
Can very small businesses use this software? Will it keep personal and business banking accounts separate with the ability to do separate analytics for personal and business? Even though this is listed under personal, most of the other software tools on appsumo for businesses offer a lot of features that are more than what we need. We are incorporated but are just starting out and don't require much other than making sure everything is accounted for and easily utilized for any reporting requirements. What's attractive about this tool is the ability to also track investment purchases.
A: At the moment, Know Your Dosh doesn’t support grouping personal and business accounts separately, but you absolutely can add both types of accounts to the platform.
We're working on a feature (coming soon) that will allow you to view and filter transactions per account, so you'll still be able to distinguish between personal and business finances clearly on an account-by-account basis.
For very small businesses, especially early-stage ones that don’t need heavy accounting tools, KYD is a great fit, it keeps things simple, helps track your financials, and even allows you to monitor investments alongside everything else in one place.
Appreciate the great question and we're excited to support your journey as your business grows!
Looking at the site and all the images everything is displayed in pounds. Are we able to change to our local currency? Also, will the income tax calculator and any other calculator represent local currency and taxes?
A: Yes, you are able to change to any currency of the world. You can do that in your profile settings. Regarding income tax calculator, unfortunately it is applicable to UK only right now. We will be adding others later on depending upon demand from our users.
You're absolutely right. Budgeting and recurring transactions aren’t available just yet, but I’m happy to share that both features are firmly on our product roadmap. We know how important they are for a complete financial picture, and we’re working to bring them to the platform in an intuitive and powerful way.
I'm really sorry we couldn't meet your expectations at this stage. Please feel free to raise a refund request directly with AppSumo, as they handle all refund processing.
