Here is my use case.
Let me know if your app is right for this use case right now or in the near future.

I'd like to create a page on my company website in order to provide help (expertise) to my customer and prospects for free.
Each member have to register in order I collect the details (email, company, name, etc...) so he could post is support ticket.

I'd like to hide from other members all the details from the members and each member could have a nick name.

Every body outside the community could not see the posts nor the members.

Every time a registered member posts a support ticket this have to be approved by a admin and the admin decides to keep it private or public for the community.

The goal: collect prospects emails and deliver them expertise in the company field so maybe they purchase our products down the road.
