Q: I have been trying to reach out to support but not getting a response.
The notifications on the web and on app are not working. The direct message functionality is buggy and does not work most of the times? The mentions (@) do not work to tigger notifications either on the App or on web.
The mobile app (Android) shows a blank page when clicking on the "messages" options.
I am reaching out here instead of support@kommunity.com as I did not receive a response.
