Q: Komodo recordings

Hello,
I bought the Komodo lifetime deal but I've been experiencing a problem for some time : when I record visios with my customers and I listen to the recordings again, I only hear my voice and not those of the customers... and I must point out that these customers don't have headphones... do you have a solution?

I suspect you need to look into your sound settings. It looks like a problem somewhere there. Check if 'system audio recording' setting is on. Might be the reason.
