Initially, I faced a significant hurdle: after purchasing, I discovered that the product requires the use of a Chrome browser extension, which was not disclosed on the product page. As a Firefox user, this was a major limitation, and the product was marked as non-refundable.

On the positive side, once I managed to access Kondo, I found it to be a highly useful tool for managing my LinkedIn inbox. Its features, like split inbox, labels, follow-up reminders, and shortcuts, really help in organizing messages and ensuring no leads are missed. This can significantly enhance your efficiency on LinkedIn.

Despite the initial frustration, I reached out to AppSumo, and their customer service was exceptional. Crystal from AppSumo made a one-time exception to their non-refundable policy and processed a refund for me. I appreciate their willingness to address the situation and provide excellent support.

While Kondo is undeniably beneficial for LinkedIn users, it's crucial for sellers to clearly disclose all necessary product requirements upfront to prevent confusion. I hope to see more transparency in the future to avoid similar issues.
