- Hey Sumo-lings, Here’s a big announcement!!! Going by popular demand, we are expanding on all our deals… Which means that you will have access to more social profiles in each and every tier. These changes will be reflected from 3rd September 2021. Users who have already subscribed to Konnect Insights will automatically be able to add the stipulated number of profiles as per the tier you have subscribed for. But again, that’s not all… Early next week, we will be adding another module called Survey to all tiers. And the best part is that this module won’t have any limitations across any tier. We will definitely drop in a note once it’s live. Further, we are planning to add another module in the coming week called KISS (Konnect Insights Smart Suggestions) which will take your social media insights to a whole new level. - Is there a limit to the number of social profiles that can be monitored? Tier 4 is for 60 profiles, what is the cost to add additional profiles beyond that?
- Hi guys! I can't access some of the modules, it tells me that I have no access. And I can't even finish adding my competence because it counts them as profiles. Is it like this how it works? I assumed first that the profiles counted would be the ones I'm the owner of. Am I wrong? or is this way how it works? Thanks and kind regards.
