Connecting multiple tools is easy with this because it's all visually built out. I have not had any unique use cases with this just yet but the dev team seems pretty quick and the onboarding is fairly thorough early on to get you started.

I highly recommend getting automation tools as more companies open up their API and/or warm up to webhooks as this will give you the power to do more with less.
