Q: Hi, I am a bit confused on the way tasks or limits are calculated.

As I read in the comments, you say that if I add an action that simply formats the text that counts as a task, then if I send a lead from facebook to vbout for example, but prior to that I add a text formatting, then That workflow could only be executed 15 thousand times (if I stack 5 codes for the price of 495 usd in appsumo), when in the current offer of pabbly connect in its lifetime deal, I could do practically the same number of executions for the same price , understanding that pabbly has many more connections and if I add internal actions the case is even worse, because if in addition to formatting the text, I make it a character for example, then it would only have 10 thousand executions and in pabbly connect it could still have 12 thousand because they don't count things like that. Why do you count such simple things as homework? Or have I misunderstood the way things are calculated? Because if I'm not wrong, pabbly connect offer is much more interesting than yours in an exercise like the one I just mentioned.

A: Hi Cristopher,

Thanks, We count our tasks as most of the automation tools do like zapier, we are open to the same from the beginning all our External requests are counted as Tasks and internal computations counted as Operations, We don't count our initial triggers (first app). We are not sure about the other competitor's business model but this is our sustainable model. And when it comes to pricing they are way higher with limited workflows and individual plans. But it is always good to see each product individually as you can able to explore much more use cases rather than comparing things. Let me know if you have any questions will be happy to help.

Hi Rakesh, thanks for the reply.

But do not you consider that it is more interesting than internal tasks or internal operations, at least simple things like the ones I mention should not be counted and subtracted from the amount of tasks? (Pabbly doesn't). That is, converting a text or adding a simple letter for example or formatting a date and that this subtracts a task, I think it is unattractive for customers, in the face of other competitors that are in the market and that they do not count simple things like that. ? It seems to me that if such simple things were not counted, the deal would be a marvel for all customers.

Hi Cristopher,

It's always good to give a clear picture to our users like all other unicorn automation platform does that we count internal operations rather than confusing users saying it is free and than counting because it consumes more resources(also remember most used) which is a false claim. We are clear from the beginning with our sustainable business model and it gives us room to give more back to users with cool functionalities(internal apps) again am not sure about their business model please see KonnectzIT as KonnectzIT we can explore many use cases all other platforms are great indeed. Let me know if any questions will be happy to help.
