KonnectzIT acts mainly as Data Processor(DP) within GDPR since our customer's users information flows through our servers. As a DP, we collect from the application which will be transferred/processed in US (Server Location). We follow applicable data protection laws when transferring personal information. If you are from EU, we will protect your data by processing it in a territory which the European Commission has determined provides an adequate level of protection for personal information and implementing appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Information with Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism approved by EU. If you have customers in the European Union and need to be GDPR compliant, you may additionally request a Data Processing Addendum to our support@konnectzit.com.
