Q: I never received my email verification for my account.
I reached out to your support days ago and still nothing is getting done. I still can't log in.

mabry_kevinPLUSI got an email from your team just saying they were going to send it to the right person and that is all I heard. It didn't go to my spam because I jack my spam all the time and especially the time when I tried to log in.
brandishalerI never received my email verification for my account either. I received my order verification but not the account so now it wont let me activate the product I just paid for. I checked my Spam folder and junk it is not in there. I have also asked to have the verification email resent three times and still no email.
