I am bumping up against the workflow limit in Pabbly Connect, so I thought I might be able to use KonnectzIT to give me more ways to connect.

KonnectzIT has fewer integrations than Pabbly, but with webhooks in place, that wasn't a deal-breaker. But, when I built identical flows in each, I found a distinct lack or reliability in KonnectzIT. Pabbly "just works".

The graphical flow builder in KonnectzIT should make things easier, but somehow it doesn't. Watch the mousewheel, you can scroll out too far, then your flow disappears off the page and I couldn't find a way to recover it. In addition, I found that sometimes the "test" functionality just stops responding and you have to start the flow ever again to get it to work.

Of course, Pabbly is famous for all the free tasks it includes. In my most complicated workflow on Pabbly, it uses a half-dozen paid tasks, but more than a dozen more are free, so they don't count against my balance. With KonnectzIT, all of them get charged against my credit pool.

KonnectzIT offers more tasks at the base level than Pabbly does, 4k v 3k, but with all of them being paid steps, I think it works out to bang for the buck. The built in tools for manipulating data are also more extensive and more complete on Pabbly. Finally, for the price point, the Pabbly lifetime deal, though slightly more expensive, feels like a better deal.
