Q: Long term plans / Commitment
I like the look of your platform and see how it could become a big player in the industry; however one of the big concerns here on Appsumo is the number of apps that shut-down within 1-2 years after all the time we invest into learning, implementing and giving feedback on the software we purchase.
With that in mind, you mention in your FAQ's that you've already had a previous software platform that didn't work out and you had to shut it down. I appreciate the honesty and the way you've used it as a learning experience - but from our perspective as Sumolings buying into your platform, what assurance can you give us? How committed are you to building and scaling this platform longer term?
Also, will you give sumolings the ability to buy additional users as an add-on in the future? (whether its a one-time price or a subscription).

May 2, 2025A: Thanks so much for the kind words and the thoughtful question, it's a completely valid concern, and I really appreciate you bringing it up.
While I can’t speak for other companies that have shut down within 1–2 years, statistically, around 90% of startups do fail - so yes, there’s always some risk. That said, AppSumo has a strong vetting process for bringing companies on board, and it’s reassuring to know they carefully evaluate products before launch.
You're right. I started my first company in 2012, which grew over the next seven years to become one of the leading creators in the VR space. I exited in 2019, and after nine years in operation, the new management shut it down due to a shift in product–market fit. It was an interesting journey and a valuable experience that's shaping how we're building this new product.
As for long-term commitment - this is not a side project. We've already invested years of development, have enterprise clients outside of AppSumo, and are backed by a solid runway. We’re in this for the long haul and are building with long-term impact in mind.
Regarding your question about additional users: yes, we’re considering options to offer additional benefits or add-ons for additional users and future releases. If you have an active subscription after the campaign ends, feel free to reach out to our team - we’ll be happy to guide you from there.
