Q: Hello, I have 3 Questions - hope you can answer them in a way we all can learn from it what your product is about.
1. Is it possible to record a video on my device (for instance Windows) and then upload it? We use a program with some more features, and I need to be able to upload the videos myself.
2. Translation: I will have no problem with the content but how about the user Interface, will there be a way we can translate that?
3. We need to use videos for Lead generation - is there a way to mark a video so the user must enter its e-mail address first, before the user can watch the video and can we send that e-mail address to an automation?

May 15, 2024A: Hello Solution-Work, thanks for reaching out. For your first questions, we have a video upload feature rolling out soonest, and it is a feature that lets you upload a video to Konvey and this is coming soonest with our Trimming feature, so be patient as we roll this out among other awesome features coming to Konvey.
For translation, there is no translation feature at the moment, but we have considered translation the user interface so you come on the website and translate it to your language. We are currently discussing on how to implement this one, and so I cannot give a timeframe for it unlike the video upload feature I mentioned which we have made its design. But I can assure you we have lots of beautiful features in considerations and some have been designed and some are in implementation stage already waiting to be rolled out. And translation is one we have discussed on the need to have it added to Konvey.
3. Currently there is "Interaction Tool" on Konvey which lets you add some call to actions and other elements to your video, but more interestingly, we are redesigned a stand alone "call to action" feature that gives more flexibility to users making it possible to play around much with their call to action and collect leads.
When you signed on Konvey, you will see this interaction tool that lets you capture email addresses (leads) in your videos, and they are saved in the "Contact" section of your account. We are yet to integrate an Automation like some autoresponders so the email addresses are saved there and we are looking at doing so because we understand how necessary it is, but at the moment you can collect and have them in the "contact" section of your Konvey account from where you can make use of it.
