Q: Why is support so archaic?
It's hard to believe you have been around for a few years and still only support via email. Do you plan on growing Konvey past a two man operation?

Konvey has indeed grown steadily over the years, and while email remains our main support channel for now, we’re expanding our team and preparing to introduce live chat and other support options soon.
Our focus has always been on building reliable, high-quality products that can scale aggressively, and that approach has helped us maintain strong relationships with our users. That said, growth is absolutely part of our roadmap and you will be seeing more of that in the nearest time coming.
