Basic issues.... But hopefull and optimistic
I was impressed by the PRO activeness the owner was (as the 25th of Sept). The first time I got in touch with the owner. Obviously this tool is an LTD, which is in the start of a growth phase. And it has ALOT to learn, and many features that it misses (but those I will cover more of below).
There was something wrong with their platform that made it impossible for me to upload a video, OR send them a message. I sent the owner an email about it. Within the 10 hour window they fixed it.
But this is now a 2nd time there is something wrong with the software (as the 4th of Oct). And both times it was something basic and fundamental. And Iam not able to use the software at all. Both times was something as basic that I cant use the software at all.
Below is the things I see as improvement of the tool. In the past I have used screenpal. And its sad to say that I have to use it regularly even though I just bought konvey, because of the reasons what I said above.
But I would want to able to adjust the window recording screen. That way I/we can adjust the screen to record to.

Instead of record the entire window. This can be good if you have a smaller screen, and only want to record parts of it. For example only record a Microsoft Document.
Be able to lock the video with passwords.
Use tools BEFORE I upload the video, such as add text, smileys or freeze/blur screens.
In case I show any private passwords, etc.
Like you have on the roadmap, see the analytics of how much any/a person has seen of the video.
See WHERE the person who watched the video is FROM (which part of the world).
You send me % of how many hours I have depleted from my account (in the email). Putting these % depleted hours in the Konvey dashboard is better and more efficient. If you dont like it in the dashboard, another alternative could be on the user settings. What happens if I record 20 times a day? And have a big team. Will I get 20 emails per day telling me how many hours has been depleted ? Is it possible to tick this off somewhere (that I get those emails by Konvey)? If Im not able to tick this off, I will be spammed with these % emails from konvey.

Still hedging my bet and upgrade from T2 to T3. And just hope they will be better in the future.
The reason I gave them a 3 Taco and not 1 or 2. Is because I think they can be a good alternative to many other companies that charge 1 leg and half an arm. And I think Konvey can be on to something here. As long as they fix the basic issues that keeps coming up.
