However, a significant drawback of this software is that it prominently displays the company logo KONVEY, which diverts visitors away from my site after they watch a video. This fundamentally defeats the purpose of having a custom URL.

I reached out to the software development team regarding my concerns, and while they responded promptly, their enthusiasm for addressing the issues appeared to be lacking.
