I had already purchased a number of screen recording tools before discovering Konvey, so I thought I did not need another one.

Nevertheless, I decided that there's no harm in trying, and thank God I did! Konvey is so much more than a screen recording app.

I have started using it to collect video testimonials which might not have been quite straightforward if people had to record with their device and upload to a cloud storage platform.

Some clients have reported issues such as only being able to record from their laptops and not their phones but I tried recording from my phone and it worked. So I'm not sure what the issue is, and I hope that the Konvey team will look into it.

I also hope that they will consider including automated transcripts.
