For about the last three weeks, we've been unable to get videos to be processed, saved, or conveyed for sharing. We really liked this tool and used it multiple times a week. Now it doesn't seem to work, and attempts to reach out to support have gone unanswered. As of just a few months ago, people from their team were soliciting us to buy other software that I assume they had developed, including Vida, a video editing software which we purchased. I'm really disappointed that I spent that money, considering that I feel like these guys are going to go dark in the near future. Is anybody else having issues with Konvey?
