It's possible that your writing may have gotten stuck in the middle due to an issue with OpenAI, rather than with our platform.

After working closely with other users who have encountered similar problems, we have found that this issue is often related to the use of the OpenAI trial account.

With the Open AI trial account, there are strict rate limits in place, meaning you can only send 3 requests per minute to OpenAI.

Since creating an article on Kopify requires sending multiple requests to OpenAI, this limitation could easily cause your writing to get stuck in the middle.

To help you avoid this issue and make the most of Kopify, we recommend upgrading your OpenAI account. This will give you full access to the OpenAI API and solve all the issues you may currently be facing.

As for the content that wasn't saved, we have released a new update that supports real-time streaming from OpenAI, and your content will always get autosaved now, so you can rest assured that your content won't go missing anymore.
