Q: Why doesn't the playback or export of video work?
I have used the app to generate a video, but when I play it back in the editor it misses over 1/2 of the image that are supposed to show. I thought that might only be the in-browser editor causing that, but when I exported it also messed up images, and not the same ones. Also the exporting is costing credits, and seems to be more than what it took to AI generate it in the first place.

The playback issue in the editor might be due to how previews are processed, but the export should maintain full quality. If images are missing or appearing differently after export, we’d love to investigate further. As for the credit usage, we can also look into this to see how we can assist.
