A few questions on your LTD Tier 2 offer:
1. Can we connect Facebook Pages that are under a Meta Business Suite "Business Portfolio"? I am the admin to all the pages.
2. Is there a limit to the number of Facebook Pages that we can connect Kotae to? Because we have different pages (brands) under our main business.
3. Are Instagram and WhatsApp also supported in this LTD offer?

4. If we need more credits in the future, can we have the option to top-up and purchase additional credits from your website "as needed" only? Will there be a special Sumoling pricing? :)
5. In Appsumo, it says that Kotae was founded in 2017. But on Linkedin, it says Kotae was founded in 2024. Which one is correct?

1. Facebook Pages under a Meta Business Suite âBusiness Portfolioâ
Yes, you can connect any Facebook Page that you administer, even if itâs grouped under a Meta Business Suite (Business Portfolio). Just keep in mind that Kotae hooks into Facebook Messenger: when someone messages your Page, Kotae will reply on your behalf via Messenger.
2. Limit on the number of Facebook Pages per Kotae account
Right now, each Kotae account can be linked to one Facebook Page. If you have multiple brands or Pages, youâd need a separate Kotae login for each Page.
3. Instagram and WhatsApp support
Instagram and WhatsApp integrations are coming soon, but theyâre not included in the current LTD Tier 2 offer. Weâre actively working on adding those channels, so stay tuned!
4. Purchasing (or topping up) extra credits later
At present, AppSumo customers canât top up credits on demand via our site. We appreciate the suggestion, though. If we roll out a âpay-as-you-goâ credit top-up option (perhaps even with a special Sumoling discount), weâll be sure to let our AppSumo community know right away.
5. âFoundedâ date discrepancy (2017 vs. 2024)
The company behind Kotae was established in 2017. Kotae the chatbot product was officially launched in 2024. In other words, our parent company has been around since 2017, and we introduced the Kotae product to the market in 2024.

I have an update regarding your question #2 on a limit to the number of Facebook Pages that we can connect Kotae to. Iâm happy to confirm that you can link one Kotae account to multiple Pages. Please note that your overall question limit applies to the single chatbot instance, and each Page can only be connected to one chatbot.
