Q: 2 creator LTD licenses on the same company.

Hi,
I am interested in your product,
in particular I am interested in purchasing two creator licenses that work on the same company.
From what I have read, to do this I should purchase a license here on APPSUMO, then I should purchase an LTD license on your site from the dashboard, then you will make the transition of the two LTD licenses on the same company.
Is this correct?

A: Yes, that is correct. Let me know when you sign up for the second license so I can make that adjustment for you. The price on the site will still say $59/month, but I can then change that to LTD so you wont be billed again.

Q: Will future updates allow us to choose between either Verticle or Horizontal hierarchy view?

A: Thanks for the thoughtful question. Unfortunately, we have decided to not offer that capability. We debated it internally, but felt if would pose too many problems. Mostly, the layout for menus need to be changed for the horizontal view and flipping the entire UI when changing from one to the other would be problematic. Once the change is made, we think people will find it just as intuitive as the vertical structure.

1. If I assign the activity to my team members, will they be able to update the target value or they can only view it with this deal?
2. Can we assign due dates and notify the assignees? If we do, will it be by just email?

A: If you assign a KPI to a member they will be able to edit their values. They will need a Creator or Champion license to do that. You can invite Member from the bottom left of the app.
The alerts are set as monthly, but we are adding the Targets can be weekly so the alerts will then also be weekly. Alerts can be via email or at login

Q: Great product, a few questions

1) Tracking historical KPIs and subsequently creating reports to find gaps and holes where we can focus on. Is that something that is available with the service today?

2) If my understanding is correct, as a creator subscriber, I can create unlimited KARTAs but when I assign a KPI to an individual they MUST have a subscription to change anything on the system (including actual values).. is that right??

it kinda defeats the purpose of all this if I need to manually add actual values and/or send them a CSV to update and then import those values into the system..

3) Are you planning to offer an API so we can automate the above??

A: 1) Yes, if you go to the My KPIs tab, you can select History to see progress over time for each KPI. The load is slow but it works.
2) Yes, Creator can build unlimited Kartas. Yes, users who are asked to input their values need a Creator or Champion license.
3) Sorry, but currently we need to input values manually or via CSV. No immediate plans for auto-import.

A: That will be possible with the new release in a few weeks. We will be switching the hierarchy to be horizantal instead of vertical which means labels will no longer be truncated. This will also mean that there will be much less space between nodes so more can be accommodated without the need for scrolling.

A: The industry doesn’t really matter, but it’s best used for marketing and sales disciplines.
The AS plan only includes the first Creator but we can sell you additional ones directly at $60 per user.

Q: Multi companies and language...

The system would work with multiple companies? I'm a consultant and would like to know if I could use it with various companies, can I share a tree with a group of users from one company and another with another company?

Regarding the language, if I provide the data in Portuguese, does it also perform the breakdown in Portuguese?

A: Yes, you can use the system to create Kartas for multiple companies.
Agencies and management consultants use the service to illustrate to customers why they are implementing certain strategic initiatives and why specific activities are important by showing how they align to the stated goal.

We want to partner with leading innovators such as yourself. You have a reach and client perspective which we can't achieve on our own. And you understand your customer’s journey the best.

We don’t offer any services even though many clients want that. Instead, we rely on affiliate partners, to help clients identify what to measure in their business by using the KPI Karta system. That offers partners a large consulting opportunity as the thought-leader for their clients. There’s lots of education that can be delivered around KPIs and how to best use our system.

Partners can receive a 35% commission on new customer acquisitions and then 10% as those customers remain on the platform. Customers will purchase products directly from our platform, so partners don’t have to deal with invoicing and collections. We will simply send out commissions based on account referral and ownership.

You can use any characters or languages you want when naming the various nodes and KPIs in the Karta.

A: Each person who is assigned a KPI will be able to add their actuals. They can do that directly in the section My KPIs or by clicking on the KPI node where you assigned the target value for the KPI. You can also import KPIs using CSV. A: While ConectoHub is a PM tool, ours is not. If you Google KPI or OKR, hundreds of tools come up along with ConectoHub. But nearly all are dashboarding tools with connectors to import data and include KPIs in their reports. However, our value proposition is quite different. While dashboard tools will display KPIs, we help clients figure out what those KPIs should be. No other product does that. Most people will tell you that their KPIs are a mess; they don’t know how they were arrived at, where they come from, and they just aren’t valued or used. Instead, we help clients figure out what their KPIs should be and maintain a hierarchical map so they can see how work activities directly affect and are aligned with their goals. They can see how and that their work really matters making them more committed to the numbers.

A: 1. I suppose some might call what we do mind maps, but yet it's so very different. Our system helps you create effective KPIs by starting with high-level goals and working its way down through several layers of increasing detail to figure out what needs to get done. It builds hierarchical, color-coded maps showing how work is directly connected to a stated goal, producing more effective KPIs and then lets users track them. There’s nothing else like it on the market.
2. There are NO standard templates. That's a strength, not a weakness. We dont have templates becuase every business has unique requirements. Still, we offer capabilities to help you build the maps (kartas) using AI. It's really cool. You will see what I mean when you click the I'm Feeling Lucky button. I just created a video of that which isnt yet uploaded to our Resources area on our site. A: 1. The license plan being offered is for Creator.
2. Any user that is licensed with a Creator can generate KPIs. Yes, you can assign owner to any KPI.
3. Yes, you can invite both internal and external team members.
4. Marketplace has not yet been developed. The plan is to allow users to share finished branches or complete Kartas with others in the KPI Karta community. They could provide them for a fee or free.

This is possible now. Any sales and marketing performance metric can be identified and tracked using KPI Karta. It's not industry specific, so HR and recruitment works well. You could set your KRAs as a layer in the Karta and then filter down to KPIs such as Offer acceptance rate, Time to fill, Time to hire, Turnover rate and so on.

A: At this time, we don’t have an integration to various data sources. That is something we want to add, but we have not found a cost-effective way of doing that yet.

Q: What about additional users?

As you know Appsumo is all about lifetime deals and this is only for the creator. If you add your team you're going to have to pay monthly for each additional user over above the creator. Is this correct?

A: Yes, only Creator is part of this deal. But the other licenses are inexpensive. Champion license is required for users who need to manually update their KPI values. That costs $6/ month per user, or $59 per year. Alternatively, you could import users KPI values using the CSV import function. That way your Karta will be updated and you don’t need that Champion license. There is also Spectator, which is free, and allows anyone you want to see the Kartas.

A: Hi
KPIs are in all departments. Although we have focused on Sales and Marketing becuase they have lots of metrics and transactions to track, customer service is also an excellent area. You have the ability to change the names of the layers to meet your needs. Pretty much everyone does that since all companies are unique.
The principle when using KPI Karta remains the same; you would start by defininig your overall goal and then what critical (Critical Success Factors (CSF)) things you need to do to accomplish that. Then you identify things in more detail until you reach actionable and measurable activities or metrics.
Another client used it for Customer Service and the system made several suggestions for Goals, but she settled on "Expand service range". She then selected CSF of "Innovative service models" and "Leveraging technology". The next layer is the stage your marketing effort is in, but you can create your own layer such as product type you are supporting
or for which type of client and so on. The next layer is the persona of the client you are dealing with. you can either leave that blank or fill it in. When you get to measurable items you could include:
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Customer Effort Score (CES)
% First Contact Resolution (FCR)
Average Response Time
Customer Churn Rate
Customer Retention Rate
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Interactions per Ticket

There are likely lots of others you can think of.
