But nearly all are dashboarding tools with connectors to import data and include KPIs in their reports. However, our value proposition is quite different. While dashboard tools will display KPIs, we help clients figure out what those KPIs should be. No other product does that. Most people will tell you that their KPIs are a mess; they don’t know how they were arrived at, where they come from, and they just aren’t valued or used. Instead, we help clients figure out what their KPIs should be and maintain a hierarchical map so they can see how work activities directly affect and are aligned with their goals. They can see how and that their work really matters making them more committed to the numbers.
