Q: License question
Hi, welcome to AS. Have some questions:
1. Which license plan listed on your site that's closely matched to this AS deal?
2. how many users (one or multiple) can generate the KPI? can we assigned owner for any particilar KPI?
3. can we invite both internal (abc.com) and external (xyz.com) as team members?
4. what is "marketplace" feature in your demo video? can you share more details?

2. Any user that is licensed with a Creator can generate KPIs. Yes, you can assign owner to any KPI.
3. Yes, you can invite both internal and external team members.
4. Marketplace has not yet been developed. The plan is to allow users to share finished branches or complete Kartas with others in the KPI Karta community. They could provide them for a fee or free.
Dlee254PLUSTo clarify - 1. if I purchased one AS license, can I create a KPI and assigned to my collegue (i.e. John) as the owner, and John can also invite other team member (i.e - Bob)? and can Bob also update his assigned KPI values? 2. Doe Bob and also John also need to get the Champion license?
3. Any invited team members require the Champion licenses?

The first buyer of a Creator becomes the Administrator, and only that person can invite and manage other users. Others can also create Kartas if they have a Creator license and can then assign KPIs to other team members, but they needs to first be on the system.
An invited team member will be assigned either a Creator, Champion or Spectator license.

If you purhcase 3 separate AS licenses, each for a separate company, then each license can invite other users for any type of license. That's becuase they are each an Admin. If you want to buy 3 for the same company, then only the first will be Admin and only that person can invite others.
Dlee254PLUSWe would like to buy 3 for the same company, so should we just activite one license first? and then how does the other team members use the two AS licenses when I invite them to join? It would be very helpful for more more information on the process.
When a second Creator license or a Champion license is added to the same company, it will go directly through our normal subscription service and not through AppSumo. I need to find out from AppSumo what I am able to charge you for it. I have asked them, so please stay tuned.

If you need to purchase two more Creator licenses you can do that directly through KPI Karta. The AppSumo deal is only for the first license. However, we will honour the same price of $59 lifetime deal. Adding a new member is easy. You can do that on the bottom left of the app by clicking on the Members icon. Select the monthly $59 payment for a Creator and I will extend the deal
