Edited Feb 7, 2025A: 1. I suppose some might call what we do mind maps, but yet it's so very different. Our system helps you create effective KPIs by starting with high-level goals and working its way down through several layers of increasing detail to figure out what needs to get done. It builds hierarchical, color-coded maps showing how work is directly connected to a stated goal, producing more effective KPIs and then lets users track them. There’s nothing else like it on the market.
2. There are NO standard templates. That's a strength, not a weakness. We dont have templates becuase every business has unique requirements. Still, we offer capabilities to help you build the maps (kartas) using AI. It's really cool. You will see what I mean when you click the I'm Feeling Lucky button. I just created a video of that which isnt yet uploaded to our Resources area on our site. I cant attach it to this message, but if you send me your email to peder.enhorning@kpikarta.com, I'll email it to you.
3. yes, we have lots of Demo and Teaching videos under the Resources tab on our site.
4. I have over 20 years experience in data analytics and business intelligence. The KPI Karta subscription service embodies the consulting methodology we created at my previous company Unilytics (acquired in 2021) for creating effective KPIs. We delivered workshops for clients for 12 years using this methodology. We are based in Toronto, Canada.
So basically to achieve goals, steps needed to achieve it are being called KPIs, what does numerical meaning your diagram? In terms of Strategy consulting and digital business transformation, what can it do?
Can I export pdf to clients and embed them on web pages?
The KPIs are tracking the everyday activities and actions such as number of sales calls, webinars, email sends, conversion rate on web site and so on. They are at the bottom of the Karta. How well we are doing against set targets gets displayed on the Karta at the bottom. The percentage value above the is the average of the activities below until you get to the top.
You map out your business strategy and by doing so identify the important things that need to get done and assign KPIs to them. You can then see how your activities align with your overall goal and you can see how you are doing against those KPIs.
Yes, you can export to pdf and embed. You can also give your client a license that is Free called Spectator to allow them to view finished Kartas
Can I see example of karta. So Business strategy>then important things to get done> can you give me few examples to infer KPIs from important things to get fine step and how numbers are assigned. Also is there any automatic calculation and what is AI doing in all this?
We have now uploaded the I'm Feeling Lucky video here https://kpikarta.com/demo-videos/
The AI engine is helping to build the Karta, starting by suggesting goals and then based on those, critical success factors and then the next level and so on. Please take a look at the 8-minute demo at this same link
