Can this be used for other work outside sales and marketing domain. For example if I am creating a product, then how can it help or for building a Strategy for client. Let's say a client is losing customers and I build a strategy to address issue, how can it help? Also can I export it to PDF and share it with others. What do you mean by adding values, give me an example. Also what kind of reports are included?

The default departments when creating a Karta are for Marketing and Sales, but you can indicate what department you are in such as product strategy and then provide your own AI Prompt to tell the system what you want help with and it will structure the Karta around that and suggest suitable KPIs.
Yes, you can export to PDF, screen capture or an image file. It does not have other exported reports.
