Q: Hi, you say you are the number 1 alternative to Supermetrics, however I downloaded the extension to test it ...
out connected to Facebook Ads and couldn't see any way to export conversion data for campaigns broken down by date (no date dimension), which kind of renders it as useless, unless I am missing something?
Other things...
- I couldn't find a way to connect to multiple Facebook Ad accounts at the same time. Is that not possible?
- When selecting a date range I was unable to choose 'last x days' or 'last x months' and instead had to choose one of your presets. Having more flexibility for the user to choose how many months or days of data they want is very important.
- There were no filter options available.
- There were no sort options available.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Jamie,
If you go to Single Campaign Insights you can select a date range (or last X days), and you can break it down by month (in the Time increments field).
We have in our roadmap to add support for multiple FB accounts.
There is the breakdown field which has several options. Could this be what you are looking for?
Thank you
Hi Andrei,
I wasn't aware of the time increment option, however having played around with that it doesn't appear to work and even if it were working the date / month that it is breaking the data down by is not shown in the row so I have no idea what date or month the data is for.
If I want a Facebook report for the last 6 months broken down by date and campaign so I can see the date and campaign in each row is that possible and if so how?
Also choosing last X months or last X days and being able to choose X ourselves (rather than your predefined options) doesn't appear to be possible at least for the Facebook Ads integration.
Thanks.
Hi!
Sorry for the delayed reply!
Time increment is used to have the results for the whole period, or have results for smaller time slices. You can also add the date by including fields like: "Date Start" and "Date Stop" Can I get more details on the doesn't work thing?
The entity Ads Insights will get you ads insight for the entire account/ all campaigns. You will need to select Custom Time Range. By default, this will fetch the Time increment for the whole period. Please make sure to include "Date start" too.
For your last point, we don't have it yet. We will add it in the next months. This is related to the previous question and we will also add last 6 months.
Thank you for question!
