Hey awesome Sumo-ling community! This is Heorhi, founder of Kreatli.

It's the end of the month - so it's time for a product update! What we've shipped these past 2 weeks:

✅ Team Members (Organization Workspace)

You can now manage your team from Account → Team members. Invite people by email, assign roles, and see who’s joined vs. still pending — all in one place. We are rolling this out for 10+ people teams so if you want to test it out - reach out to me personally and we will set you guys up: [email protected]

✅ Owner & Contributor Roles

Not everyone on your team needs the same level of access. Owners can manage members and projects. Contributors can work on the projects they’re added to — without full workspace admin rights.

If you’re already using Kreatli with a team, we’d love to hear how this feels in practice — especially around invites, roles, and project access. Your feedback directly shapes what we ship next.

Thanks again for helping us build the platform video teams actually want to use.

Cheers,

George

Hey, awesome Sumo-ling community!

First of all, thank you for all the feedback, reviews, feature requests, and tough questions over the past few days. We've been reading and answering every single one of them.

Based on your feedback, we've just shipped two of the most requested improvements since launch:

✅ Disable Downloads on Review Links

You can now prevent reviewers from downloading assets shared through review links. This was one of the most common requests from agencies and freelancers working with clients before final payment.

✅ Cleaner Review Experience

We've removed platform navigation and branding elements from review links to create a more focused review experience for your clients. The goal is simple: keep reviewers focused on the content and feedback, not the software.

This is exactly why we launched on AppSumo - to get feedback from real creative teams and improve the product quickly. Keep the suggestions coming. Several frequently requested features are already under consideration, including:

• Watermarking
• Customizable invitation emails
• Google Drive integration

Thanks again for helping us build Kreatli into the platform creative teams actually want to use.

Cheers,

George

CEO & Co-Founder, Kreatli

Hey, awesome Sumo-ling community!

This is Heorhi, founder of Kreatli!

I spent years watching video teams burn hours managing their workflow across 4 tools that were never built for them. Task boards, review platforms, file storage - all originally designed for software developers. The industry just adapted. We stopped adapting and built something from scratch, specifically for video production.

With this deal you get lifetime access to Kreatli - frame-accurate video review, customizable production Kanban, asset library with version history, side-by-side version compare, and no-login client delivery. One payment. No monthly fees.

FAQs:

Q: We're a small team - is Kreatli overkill for us?

Not at all. Most of our early users are freelancers and small agencies tired of paying for 3 separate tools.

Q: We already use Frame.io / Vimeo Review. Why switch?

Those only solve review. Kreatli handles the full cycle — tasks, storage, review, and delivery in one place.

Q: Can clients leave feedback without creating an account?

Yes. Send a secure link, they watch and comment directly. No signup, no friction.

Cheers!
