Q: If you need to "revoke" a seat, like if a team member leaves, can you get the seat back to assign someone else?

A: Hi, yes. Seats are not permanently tied to a specific person.
If a team member leaves, you can remove their access and invite someone else. Many teams do this as contractors, freelancers, employees, or clients come and go.

That sounds like a very fair solution - The value you're offering is comparable to Dropbox Replay (looking to replace for a long time). Being able to customise the email subject and copy, and perhaps a logo in the body would not be as confusing for a client... who may inadvertently delete an email from Kreatli thinking it's spam. ;O)

That said, many of our customers work with international clients, and reviewers can leave comments and collaborate in French (or any language) without any issues.
French localization is something we're considering for the future, but it's not available today.
