Just to let others know - a "lifetime" product from Krisp recently got updated, and I'm used to seeing transcriptions and summaries, and they yanked all that, without warning.
From support - no acknowledgement that they yanked access to my 300+ transcriptions from meetings... just some vague you have all the features you were promised...

BUT I had transcription last year but some update yanked it. BTW, if you are using google workspace and google meet, you get transcription for free...but zoom, you gotta go with another product.
Krisp.ai took my data hostage and requires an upgrade to give me access...and the response from support is ...non-responsive
