I've contacted their support multiple times with no reply so I'm left to leave a review here. I've had Krisp for a couple weeks now and it worked great for about a week and now all a sudden it sounds horrible when turned on. I've tested with multiple mics and different screen capture programs and every time Krisp is on, that's when all the loud crackling and sharp crunchy noises start happening.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.

I wish I could fix this because it does work well when working properly.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro with latest updates.
