Q: Can you please clarify the differences between Tier 3 and 4
On the one hand it seems simple .. credits and BYOK limits on Tier 3.. but there are variable responses to questions .. I did try to follow up on those but you have not had chance to respond yet. Can you please list the definitive differences beyond credits and BYOK between Tiers 3 and 4. For now and for future feature releases. If it is just the credits and BYOK .. that is great.

I don’t believe there’s any uncertainty here. The difference is exactly as you mentioned: a difference in credits and a BYOK limit.
Some users have requested the option to add extra users in Tier 4 — that’s probably something we’ll enable. We’re also planning to roll out BYOK and update the AppSumo plans accordingly.
