Is it possible to turn these clearly great UI designs into fully functioning apps with no code tools or is this the case where someone like me whom is not a coder, would have to hire a developer to make this happen? For instance, could I upload the code to something like Loveable, Bolt or similar and have it build out a fully functioning web app? Or in the case of a mobile app use any of the various no-code tools to achieve a mobile app build? Thanks!
