Q: Problems but no support?

Hello,

To be honest, I am really shocked by what I see on your website/app—frankly, one red flag after another:

1. I sent a request for a demo about 1.5 weeks ago and received no response.
2. I emailed you about several problems on your site, including many dead links, inconsistent pricing/tier information, and the persistent error message from the start:
"Insufficient Credits
Insufficient credits. Need 83.3333 credits, have 0 credits (0 monthly + 0 pay-as-you-go)."
I should have 3600 credits (t4), but currently have zero, even though I once had 3599. No response to this either.
3. Many questions on AppSumo remain unanswered, even though they would be easy to address.
4. You announced a Discord server a week ago—where is it?

What is going on? I really wonder how you run your business.
