Q: What are you doing?! So disappointing.
Krisspy was probably one of the best promises landing at AS, and now, it feels like you are making decisions.. with a coin flip?!
1. You come with a product that is useless credit-wise, period.
2. We anxiously awaited for the credit increase, then.. you threw in a few credits that made ZERO difference
3. On the first week that we could decide on which tier we should buy at a way more affordable price (almost $250 difference in T4), you announced nothing, and since T3 / T4 seemed very close, many people, like myself, got the T3.
THEN:
1. Buying 2x T2 is now CHEAPER to buy than T3 for the same credit amount. What?!
2. Credits are still useless
3. You just announced BYOK T4 exclusive access NOW?
Super shady move!
I'm 100% sure from what I've seen so far that you'll keep disappointing LTD users over and over in the future.

UXnerdPLUSI agree I think this was now showing us they can not be trusted. I also got t3 before the price increase because i saw no value in t4 with only small more credits and now BYOK only for t4 is such a shady move. Talking about sustainable Business and also saying BYOK would not be possible and now it is only for t4 which would not even cost them. Now making already differences between T3 and T4…

christian814PLUSIf you had announced BYOK (which seems like a Tier 3 / 4 kind of thing) .. I would have gone with Tier 4 .. I was one of the early bird buyers and bought tier 3 not realising how quickly you go through credits.. I would lose all of the discounts to upgrade.. You can not argue sustainability for keeping BYOK from Tier 3... I guess there is a straw for a camels back. BYOK would have kept me on here.

UXnerdPLUSThey should at least grant BYOK to early buyers who purchased before the price increase. This already shows they don't value early supporters and may disappoint early LTD users later on.
