This "product first" approach brings order to the work and makes it much easier to align team, priorities, and code development.

The credit system is well-designed: credits are consumed when you ask Krisspy to refine or improve code, and this makes the usage model very transparent.
I'm currently on tier 3, but the experience is so positive that I would have upgraded to tier 4 without hesitation. Moreover, the ability to purchase additional credits based on your needs, combined with the savings/boost mechanism on purchases, is an intelligent and flexible solution that adapts well both to those who use it occasionally and to those who integrate it into their daily workflow.
Of course, there's still room for improvement, as with any growing product, but overall I'm very satisfied: Krisspy is a structured, useful tool with a pricing and credit model designed with the user in mind.
