Kua.ai Reviews

I just logged in and noticed the tool doesn't work. Numerous things are spelled wrong like the word improve which is a core feature. the AI chat just spins and does absolutely nothing. I want to refund it as the product is entirely defunct and not working.

I bought this LTD to help me scale my Shopify store. However when I pull in my blog posts to update them I get an error. Emailed support almost a week ago with no response. Tool has some really great features except it's not working as expected.

A tool without too much fuzz. Proper quality output as expected and a nice UI with great UX. Recommended purchase!

I firmly agree with other reviewers. Im using teh combo kua.ai, junia.ai, socialmonials and wizwrite. I would recommend all of them for different tasks. For me kua.ai is the most granular tool, giving you specific result - not general outcome, but really something that you can publish straight away. So if I want to summarize blog article, i have a summary right at hand. I can also generate business profile for social media, prepare the full content for ads, posts. I dont need to "learn" how to work with amazon.. btw, there is something more - you can prepare Biedronka listing. I need to investigate that. I didnt know you can make some listing for Biedronka :D

If you hesitate because you are afraid of buying again similar AI based tool, you want be upset. This is well organized tool which give you ideas of tasks you would never think about.

Ok, I'm going to give this 5 tacos because I am thoroughly impressed with what they've built for us (they are essentially giving us the ability to create custom GPTs and workflows using live data from Google and Amazon which is amazing). The quality of output in their existing workflows is A+ too. Their help docs are thorough (albiet they could be organized a bit better which I know they are working on), and the UI is nice to look at and easy to use. James and his team are clearly very smart. It's worth noting they have wonderful customer service too. We went back and forth through email for a few days and they were always quick to respond and thorough in their replies.

With that being said, there is one HUGE drawback I wish they would reconsider. Most sumo-lings either:
A. own multiple businesses
B. work with clients and want to integrate the software they buy on Appsumo into their client workflow or,
C. both

and none of Kua's tiers offer multiple workspaces/infobases. This means 1 plan, regardless of tier = 1 business. You could technically use your workspace for as many businesses as you want but your infobase and history would be a mess.

I would love to see them offer multiple workspaces in Tier 3-5. EG: Tier 3 = 5 Workspaces, Tier 4 = 10, Tier 5 = 20 (or unlimited would be even better)

If they kept the usage limits the same (which I think are fair), and allowed us to spread them across our workspaces, I don't see why this would be a problem. I could be missing something but I'd full stack in a second if it was possible. Currently I'm on Tier 3 and plan to just manually export and delete most of the info to remain organized.

Even with that drawback, I still highly recommend Kua and will be using it often! :)
