1) Yes for both. You can find the calendar in Kuasa CRM and Kuasa Appointment. As for appointment system, you can use our Kuasa Appointment for managing leads & bookings, booking payments, etc.
2) Of course! There will be automated reminders for the appointments booked. Other than that, you can also schedule your own appointment reminders ahead through 3 platforms, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
