Q: My LTD account has been incorrectly downgraded to a Free plan without my consent.

It has been 8 months since I first reached out regarding an issue with my account, but I have yet to receive any response. My LTD account has mistakenly been switched to a Free account, and I kindly request that you resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have already emailed you twice, but I haven't received any replies.

Please assist me in rectifying this matter.
