I bought this product eager to see some great insights and ready to go on the long journey waiting for them to improve their product...

The product did NOT improve... at all... It didn't work when I got it, it doesn't work now.

Worse still, after submitting support requests (Via email with no ticketing) It took me 10 days to get a response telling me I don't have a problem (which I clearly did) and it's been 20 more days since I asked for them to look into it anyway, and still no response.

I'm upset I gave these people the benefit of the doubt, and it's a stain on my assessment of Appsumo that they worked with them.

I've been using my lifetime subscription for Kuasar, and randomly last week everything stopped working.

- It won't let you add new usernames to analyze
- Tried reaching out to support via their live chat multiple times, sent emails, no reply, no support
- All their social accounts (except TikTok) have been deleted
-If the tool doesn't work, they don't reply on support, and their socials are shut down, all with no warning, I guess they went out of business?

DO NOT BUY!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME!!! I have been trying to get a refund for my "lifetime subscription" that lasted ~3 months. So unfortunate.

Kuasar Video is such an awesome tool - being able to analyze video data from Instagram/TikTok/YouTube in such a brief time is very helpful and practical for video creators. Moreover Dilan and Ali offer quick support with a kind and dedicated attitude. The first time I used their app I had some insights that they addressed immediately and they implemented to their app faster than I expected. So, I absolutely think that Kuasar Video is a must-have tool for any video creator, that surely will be improved more and more, and that is of great aid in the content creation process.

Although the software is powerful, there is room for improvement. I have tested it with just 3 user accounts and here are my brief insights.

1) Scoring - In the Scoring tab, only 10 listings are shown on the first page, there must be to option to show at least 100 rather than switching to pages. This is a pain when exporting the data where we need to switch every page and export multiple sheets.

And while displaying the data, how about hyperlinking the comments rather than just showing the numbers...
- Same in the case of results shown in VIDEO SCRIPT page, the listed results need to be at least 100 listings for easy exporting.

2) Question Answering - This is the best module in my opinion. It answered exactly what we needed. However, there should be an option to use our own OpenAI API key for more queries. The limits to question answers is actually killing the charm of this module.

3) Video Search - I am not able to figure out what it does except search for tags and why is it so important to have its own module. The good part, here we can have at least 25 entries per page, why not more than 25?

4) Video AI Insights - So, there are 8 prebuilt prompts that talk with the data from AI analysis of the videos. But, it would be more golden if we be able to regenerate different versions of answers generated by the AI. For example, when we click "I want a video script producing part "-

The answer being fetched is the same, we want to have a variation of scripts to select from. If this is due to AI API usage, we should be able to bring our own API and initiate this part too. Plus how about creating custom prompts from the dashboard except those prebuilt 8.

Additionally, the AI mentions " Based on the data from the videos". Does this mean, AI scans the texts, and tags only or is it actually able to identify what the video is all about based on the audio and video content? This is kind of confusing...

One bug i found out in this section is the " Can you generate keywords for my new content" is not working, the results returned are blank...

5) Data Dashboard - This one shows everything from various engagements to keywords to verbs.

In a nutshell - This platform has a lot of possibilities and good tool for solopreneurs and even agencies in the coming days. I hope the team will keep upgrading other platforms and i would be happy to update to 5 Tacos soon ...

My primary video platform is YouTube, but I know TikTok can be a powerful driver for businesses like mine, so I decided to give Kuasar a try.

First, let me say: WATCH THEIR ONBOARDING VIDEOS. I unfortunately messed up and spent my credits not entirely understanding some aspects (i.e. "tags" is not hashtags. Oops!)

In some ways, Kuasar is pretty simple; there's not a lot of bells and whistles like separate brand profiles or in-depth AI reports that go into excruciating detail. In truth, their video AI insights feature is pretty minimal, giving you a paragraph or so of answers to the pre-defined prompts.

That said, I think it's simple because it doesn't HAVE to be everything to everyone...because it does what it promises: delivering in depth analysis of competitors and offering insights into what's working for them and why. I didn't start off with my own social media accounts because, frankly, they've been long-since neglected and it would be a waste of credits. Instead, I put in accounts for some bigger influencers in my primary niche and analyzed the heck out of them. Now I feel like I know way more about their tactics than THEY probably do. (My niche isn't particularly known for rigorous A/B testing and analysis...so I officially win!)

Also, shout out to Ali for the world-class support and extreme patience with me. He offered to reinstate my credits from scratch without me asking or expecting something so generous. It was my error, and he still saw fit to give me a do-over for the month. :)

So why not 5 tacos? I'm waiting on the YouTube build, and then I think this will be the most powerful marketing asset I've got for carving out my space in the market.
