Kuasar was OK, but never really got better, then they disappeared. Some of the analytics were not quite right and the interface was a little clunky, but now they are gone.

I used to put maybe 1 or 2 in 20 as the risk in Appsumo. But now I think it is more like
1 in 10 that fails (Kuasar Video, Utrrr, Maekersuite, Sessions).
1 in 10 is a strait up scam (Soundverse, Conentpresso).
1 in 10 just never gets better (lazybird.app, Xound, Bodewell) but is not really usable or useful.
2 in 10 are OK, and are usable but never really get much better (Airbrush, Rytr, OnlyPrompts, Resound)
2 in 10 changes the terms and Appsumo users get left behind from all the new offerings and have to pay to make it useful (Afforai, Taskmagic, PerceptPixel,)
1 in 10 gets much better and progresses (like TranscriptLOL, Castmagic, Spark Receipt, Letterly, ContextMinds).
2 in 10 you never end up using.

So for me, you are paying 700 to 1000 for a good program, for life. So choose carefully.
