Bad Product, Worse Team (should be a 0)
I bought this product eager to see some great insights and ready to go on the long journey waiting for them to improve their product...
The product did NOT improve... at all... It didn't work when I got it, it doesn't work now.
Worse still, after submitting support requests (Via email with no ticketing) It took me 10 days to get a response telling me I don't have a problem (which I clearly did) and it's been 20 more days since I asked for them to look into it anyway, and still no response.
I'm upset I gave these people the benefit of the doubt, and it's a stain on my assessment of Appsumo that they worked with them.

Due to the banning of proxy apis by the social media platforms we added, we are currently unable to pull data. For this, our engineering team is working to add official apis to the system. We hope to solve the problem by the end of May. Our infrastructure is being completely changed right now. This is unfortunately a common problem of all companies that pull unofficial data on social media. Tiktok platform is currently active. Sorry for that :(
