Pocket saves the links and lets you tag them. It's designed for your personal reading.

Evernote, is more for note taking. Even Though the clipper lets you save post, it is more designed for managing access to the entire document.

Kurator is designed to manage access to information, it lets you easily manage key meta information like images, author, publisher, date and content tags. It also lets you search and filter your links per collection.

Additionally Kurator offers publishing tools that are not offered by Pocket or Evernote. I personally take notes with notion and save links to my notion pages in Kurator.
