Q: 1.
Can I get more storage space in case I use it. I think in due course of time extra storage space may be needed at both account and business user level.
2. Is there an effective date by which you can release mind maps, balance score card, Gantt charts and Critical path analysis functionality? I think they all should be tied into system with ability to export. I need to know this before spending money on this product. Especially mind maps and decision tree is the main purpose I want to purchase this tool. So give me some dates as when can you release these features?
3. Do I need a third party system like Slack, Enform.io or Email to update clients or internal team members or how does communication module works?
4. I assume unlimited team members mean, freelancers or employees who work with me on process improvement projects whereas users means external clients who pay me for doing work. If this understanding is correct? Is there a way that once a project finishes I can export all information as related to external client (business users) free their space, and then add next client. How will my allocated quota 20, 50 or 150 business users work in this case. Also can one business user view information of other business user, if yes that will bad for my business due to privacy issues. So please advice on all these points.
Thanks

1. For this particular promotion with AppSumo, additional storage is not available. In the future, we may allow additional storage. We understand the need for additional storage may be important for some users, so we'll keep this in mind ahead.
2. We don't have a date for these yet, but the more users request them via our Product Roadmap (https://roadmap.kureko.com/b/feature-requests/), the more we'll prioritize the development. Sorry about this!
3. You won't need a third party system to notify users and assign them to specific tools and tasks. Kure does this for you automatically as well as sends users reminders for upcoming due dates once you invite a team member to a project or assign a tool within that project to a user. In Q3, you'll also be able to comment on each project as well as each tool within each project. We'll have integrations with Slack to notify users of activity in Q4.
4. Team Members means members of projects. You can add an unlimited amount of them to projects. Business Users means users who can create projects which are allowed to have more than 5 users. Team Members cannot have more than 5 users in the projects they create. With this setup, you won't need to remove users to free up space. We also don't recommend doing this because when our Portfolio feature is released in Q3, you'll be able to see all the optimization results/savings (time, money, etc.) across all your projects rolled up into a dashboard which you can showcase.
Team Members and Business Users will not be able to see projects they're not invited to if they're not in the same organization. You can create multiple organizations and assign users to each so they cannot see each others' projects. We're also working on our SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance if this helps with privacy.
Mahalo for your questions!
