Yes, you can start a Quick Win project and then convert/upgrade it to a Root Cause Exploration project once the Quick Win is completed if you notice there are more opportunities for deeper improvement. Also, with the Project Portfolio Manager feature that is on our Product Roadmap for Q3, you'll be able to have a dashboard to keep track of all of your process improvement projects, their results and tailor it to support your process improvement strategy. It will function as a central place for all your process improvement work and streamline your path to Operational Excellence.
