Kure is humanising the way process improvements are approached.
Test driving Kure for just over a month I found it intuitive to work through. The flow and terms are supported by videos & cards to help along the way.
From my perspective as a person that has over a decade of involvement in process improvement and innovation (large and small business) these are a few highlights of Kure: The Kure Team have made a phenominal job in making it, the process, simple so anyone with a problem solving attitude can improve their/other businesses. The Kure Team that are backing development are veteran's and in my honest opinion, industry Gurus! I have full confidence this will be the wave (the catalyst) which will allow ALL business owners/consultants make better use of their resources.
The Kure roadmap is amazing (keep at it) and I am excited & priviliged to be part of this movement, I will call this the 'Kure Movement'
Recommendations: 1 Code for small business 2 Codes for larger, 3 codes for up and coming or existing consultants/coaches.
5 TACOS The value is superb, passion is at the core (it shows) and the steering team have the right attitude, skills and experience to take Kure to new heights.

Aloha Sumo_from_DownUnder!
Thanks so much for your review and kind words. We’re working hard to democratize process optimization, so your feedback is super valuable to us.
We’ll continue to optimize our Kure so that businesses and organizations of all sizes (including consultants) can consciously grow while creating better outcomes/value for their customers.
If you believe your processes make up your habits which in turn make up you/the organisation, then Kure is a great cure to ensure that the weak links are identified.
The positives:
- It makes you think and reflect. Usually halfway through the process you will stumble upon a solution without any AI suggestions - It is extremely comprehensive and covers all aspects - It is versatile. I tried it for a teaching process as well as my meditation process - It provides you with graphs based on the inputs so that you can visualise any discrepencies - Along with the graph it identifies any anomolies (e.g There appears a difference between levels of location (5 & 4). Do you wish to log this as a clue?) - It provides some common solutions
Needs improvement:
- I think the UI could be better - Allow us the option of customising background images or make it dark mode - The UX also needs a bit of work. There are times when I wanted to mark a section as complete and move on but it didn't allow me and I did not know which field was left unfilled. I reached out to support and they responded in under 5 minutes, which solved the problem. But ideally, it should be intuitive - As mentioned in the positive, it is thorough but this can also be a negative. It means you have to invest a good hour to get clear results - Some of the terminology may be different. For example, I noticed that you say 'Outputs'. What if I want to measure Outcomes?
Overall, I feel Kure is a good persoanl investment as well besides tackling business problems. I am confident that this cheerful team, with the best of intention will listen to Sumolings feedback and make this even better. Love the deal limits. and to be honest, it also made me realise that the problem is not with processes but with humans behind the processes :)
All the best!
