Great reflective Tool
If you believe your processes make up your habits which in turn make up you/the organisation, then Kure is a great cure to ensure that the weak links are identified.
The positives:
- It makes you think and reflect. Usually halfway through the process you will stumble upon a solution without any AI suggestions
- It is extremely comprehensive and covers all aspects
- It is versatile. I tried it for a teaching process as well as my meditation process
- It provides you with graphs based on the inputs so that you can visualise any discrepencies
- Along with the graph it identifies any anomolies (e.g There appears a difference between levels of location (5 & 4). Do you wish to log this as a clue?)
- It provides some common solutions
Needs improvement:
- I think the UI could be better
- Allow us the option of customising background images or make it dark mode
- The UX also needs a bit of work. There are times when I wanted to mark a section as complete and move on but it didn't allow me and I did not know which field was left unfilled. I reached out to support and they responded in under 5 minutes, which solved the problem. But ideally, it should be intuitive
- As mentioned in the positive, it is thorough but this can also be a negative. It means you have to invest a good hour to get clear results
- Some of the terminology may be different. For example, I noticed that you say 'Outputs'. What if I want to measure Outcomes?
Overall, I feel Kure is a good persoanl investment as well besides tackling business problems. I am confident that this cheerful team, with the best of intention will listen to Sumolings feedback and make this even better. Love the deal limits. and to be honest, it also made me realise that the problem is not with processes but with humans behind the processes :)
All the best!

May 9, 2024Aloha! Thanks so much for your detailed, honest review. We're super grateful and have taken note of your comments. We will work hard to continuously improve our UI/UX by making it clear what fields are incomplete and more.
Typically it takes users a week (Quick Win) to 2 months (Root Cause Exploration) to complete projects, so you're way ahead of the game! Congrats and awesome work!
We look forward to future optimization projects you complete and helping you become more productive so you have more time to spend on the things you love most! š
